Live Online Yoga Classes & Workshops

With over 10 years of experience teaching prenatal yoga, I'll be offering classes that will help us maintain connection to other pregnant folks as we move into a state of taking our practice from studio to home. In addition, I'm pregnant myself so you'll see all poses demoed by a pregnant body to help you understand what the pose should look like. We're in this together!

Postnatal Yoga for the Core Series
Join me for an 4 week Live Postnatal Yoga for the Core Series. We'll begin with simple practices connecting the breath to core and pelvic floor engagement and will slowly build over the course of 4 weeks. This is a class about gaining strength but also recognizing the big changes that happened during pregnancy and the time it takes to rebuild strength postpartum. This is a class that embraces the postpartum body and will specifically not involve language around weight loss or "getting your body back". I recognize how harmful language like this is for new parents. These classes will:
  • Offer specific instructions for working with diastasic rectify (abdominal separation)
  • Focus on the integration of abdominal strength along with pelvic floor strength
  • Offer variations that meets students where they are in their postpartum recovery, especially as. more challenging poses are added
  • End with a few stretches to help address the aches and pains associated with the postpartum period
  • Classes will be offered live with Q&A time before and after each class
  • Recordings will also be provided to re-watch or for those who aren't ready to yet begin their postpartum core journey

​All classes will take place via Zoom and a meeting invite will be sent out each week prior to class (which will also serve as a helpful calendar reminder).

Cost
  • $50 (includes live classes, recordings of classes and a PDF of yoga sequences specific to rebuilding the core)

Want to address some specific individual needs whether its physically or mentally? Set up a private session with me via Skype or Zoom and we can tailor a practice that specifically meets your needs. Private sessions can address the following:
  • Cues specific to pregnancy discomfort and pain you are experiencing.
  • Alignment tips and cues to help you avoid pain, build strength and address misalignment that may be generating further issues in your pregnancy.
  • Support for anxiety, worry and stress around your pregnancy, birth or new parenthood.
  • Postpartum support geared toward rebuilding core and pelvic floor strength.
